4. Artwork and Design Files
File Submission: You are responsible for submitting print-ready artwork files that comply with our Artwork Guidelines. We are not liable for errors in printing that result from non-compliant files.
File Ownership: You represent and warrant that you own or have the rights to use any artwork, designs, or materials you submit to us. You grant EcoPrint Design a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use these materials solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
Proofing: You are responsible for reviewing and approving proofs before production. Once you approve a proof, any errors or omissions are your responsibility.
5. Production and Delivery
Production Time: Estimated production times are provided on our Site and are subject to change. Delays due to circumstances beyond our control are not our responsibility.
Delivery: We offer various delivery options, and delivery times depend on the selected method. We are not liable for delays or damages caused by the shipping carrier.
6. Returns and Refunds
Returns: Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted. However, if there is a defect or error in your order caused by Ecoprint Design, we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Refunds: Refunds may be issued at our discretion in cases of order cancellation before production begins.
7. Intellectual Property
Ownership: All content on our Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Ecoprint Design or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Use of Content: You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any content from our Site without our express written permission.
